Thomas Bonde co-founded Blue Equity in 2013. He came from a position as director at PwC in Norway. Before that, Thomas was with PwC Corporate Finance in Denmark (2007-2011), ATRIUM Partners (2005-2007) and Handelsbanken Capital Markets (2001-2005). He has a master's degree in economics.

Thomas Tvedergaard joined Blue Equity in 2023. He came from a position as CEO at BPI A/S. Before that, Thomas Tvedergaard was CEO at Kronospan ApS (2018-2019), and CEO at Rationel Vinduer A/S (2013-2017), and CEO at Rationel Windows Ltd (2010-2013). Thomas has a degree in mechanical engineering, energy & machine technology from Aalborg University.

Nicholas Liebach joined Blue Equity in 2015. He came from a position as Partner at the law firm Skau Reipurth & Partnere (2011-2015), which he co-founded. Before that, Nicholas was with Plesner (2006-2011), among others. He has a master's degree in law.

Jørgen Smit joined Blue Equity in 2015. He came from a position as Project Manager within corporate finance at Vestas (2011-2014). Before that, Jørgen Smit was with Ørsted (2010-2011), KPMG Corporate Finance (2008-2010) and Danske Markets (2006-2008). He has a master's degree in applied economics and finance.
